Description
Yuzu is a yellow citrus fruit about the size of an orange. Its skin is thick and slightly bumpy. Its taste is somewhere between lemon, lime and mandarin. It is native to eastern Asia.
Storage :
12 months at room temperature. Keep refrigerated once opened and consume within a week.
Ingredients:
Yuzu juice 70%, water, thickener: cellulose gum, gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Allergen-free.
Handcrafted in France.
