The gourmet preserves of Grand Léjon will make you rediscover the authentic and 100% iodized taste of Brittany. These natural rillettes are free from coloring, preservatives or chemical additives.

Ingredients :

Tuna 50% (non-EU origin), crème fraîche, chorizo 6% (meat and pork fat, peppers, lactose, salt, aromatic plants, sugar, dextrose, preservatives: sodium ascorbate, potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite, ferments ), mustard* (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, acidifier: citric acid), onions, chives, red peppers, salt, thickeners: xanthan and guar gum, lactose, milk proteins, pepper.
