Yellow Tabasco
The Tabasco pepper is a small pepper, 3 to 5 cm long, that hides a formidable strength. Made famous by the Tabasco© sauce produced since 1866, it nevertheless remains a rare and surprising pepper. Its close cousin, the Cayenne pepper, is more likely to be found on the shelves. Native to Mexico, this little pepper brings a beautiful yellow color to your dishes, as well as an intense burning flavor.
Jalapeño peppers range in spiciness from strong to scorching, between 30,000 and 50,000 units on the Scoville scale.

In the kitchen, use this flavorful pepper as a seasoning or for a homemade "Hot Sauce". It's also perfect for a fine fish ceviche. Very powerful, it should be handled with care.
