Tasting :
Seaweed, caper and gherkin tartar can be eaten on toast as an aperitif, on its own, with smoked salmon, with avocado decorated with a few shrimp tails... It goes perfectly with fish tartars, sauces or salads. It goes divinely with rice or potatoes, as an accompaniment to fish.
Shelf life :
24 months at room temperature. Keep for 5 days at +4°C after opening.

Mix of 3 seaweeds 32% (Sea lettuce (Ulva)), Dulse (Palmaria palmata), Sea beans (Himanthalia elongata), olive oil, capers 15.3% (capers, vinegar*, water, salt), gherkins 15, 3% (gherkins, water, spirit vinegar*, salt, onions, mustard seeds, black pepper, coriander, tarragon flavoring, calcium chloride), shallots, onions, walnut oil, garlic.
