Dulse, Laitue de mer and Nori sea herbs bring a delicious iodized taste and color to your recipes! It's a subtle marriage of seaweed that spices up any recipe thanks to umami (one of the five basic flavors along with sweet, sour, bitter and salty).

You can incorporate them into a variety of doughs (shortcrust, puff pastry). You can also use them for court-bouillon cooking, in sauces and to decorate dishes as a sprinkling.
