Read moreFukushima Prefecture is renowned for its numerous tourist sites decorated with a multitude of Sakura cherry trees, and in particular thousand-year-old cherry trees called Miharu Takizakura, whose particularity is the cascading flowering in spring.
Delicately made by hand, they incorporate rigorously selected Japanese cherry leaves into their production. These completely artisanal noodles are then rested at low temperature then dried for finishing.
Tasting:
It is recommended to be enjoyed cold, whatever the season, accompanied by a soy sauce with dashi broth “dashi shoyu” or a tsuyu sauce with dried bonito Katsuobushi.
Cooking time: 4 minutes in boiling water, then rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
