Nishikidori's instant ramen and tonkotsu-flavored broth are dehydrated. Tonkotsu corresponds to the flavor of pork broth. Here, however, everything is vegetable.
Hakata Tonkotsu ramen is one of the 3 types of ramen famous in Japan. The thin, dry noodles are matured at low temperature for 48 hours, without being fried in oil. They are particularly popular in the Fukushima region, where they are made. You can accompany them with a beaten egg, it's delicious.
