Artisanal Yuzu puree from Kôchi
This puree is made from the best yuzu from Kôchi prefecture, picked at perfect ripeness. The fresh fruits have been deseeded manually and cooking is done in an artisanal manner, in a cauldron with a capacity of no more than 40 kg.
