Description

The desalinated cod is carefully crumbled and mixed into a creamy paste. The accras are fried in hot oil until golden and crispy on the outside, while remaining soft on the inside.

Tasting tips Our homemade cod accras are perfect as an aperitif, starter or to enhance your buffets and receptions. Serve them hot, accompanied by our Thai sauce or a lime for even more freshness. Cooked on the day of shipment. To regain all their crispiness, reheat them for a few minutes in the oven before serving or immerse them in the fryer!

Storage: Cod accras can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Possibility of freezing them. Order now and bring a little Caribbean sunshine to your plate!
