  • Hake, cut into slices (2kg)**
  • Conger, cut into slices (2kg)**
  • Dog fish, peeled (2kg)**

2 fresh fish cut into fillets from the following list :

  • Haddock fillets (2kg)**
  • Cod fillets (2kg)**
  • Salmon fillets (2kg)***

New : you can now choose skate wings (2kg) instead of one of the filets !

*Box of 8kg containing 2kg of each chosen fish
**Fishing zone  : Fished in Atlantic North-East. FAO 27-7 
Fishing method : Trawl net or Nets, gill or Line
