SeaFood Delivery Information
Fresh seafood delivered to your door, one day after landing !
When ordering seafood from our store, you get to choose the delivery date (from Tuesday to Saturday) and have fresh products delivered directly to your door from Brittany. No delivery on Sundays and Mondays nor on public holidays and after bank holidays. For orders before midnight, products can be delivered two days later (between 8 am and 1 pm) throughout France, including Corsica.
NEW : INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES ARE POSSIBLE
We also deliver our fresh seafood to european countries, delivery delay is 24 to 48 hours so you can receive the goods one or two day(s) after landing and eat the freshest seafood on the market.
DELIVERY CHARGES
France : The delivery charges are 19.50€ for all orders below 130€, when order is over 130€, the fee goes down to 9.90€ !
This fee includes next day delivery, isothermal packaging and additional cold packs to maintain freshness and optimal quality of your seafood. For Corsica, the fee is 39€.
European Countries : Please refer to the following graph in order to estimate your delivery charges. When selecting your goods on the website, the delivery charges will automatically adjust to the weight of you parcel.

Choosing your delivery date
You have the choice of the delivery date within a range of 30 days from your order.
Make sure that someone will be at the delivery address to receive the parcel between 8am and 1pm on your chosen delivery date.
You can also have it delivered to your work place, or holiday location.
Following your order
For immediate information and a simple over view of your shipment, log in to your customer account in the "My Account" section. Once the parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
The delivery of the parcel is done hand to hand and you will need to sign a delivery recipient. In case of absence from your home (or impossibility to deliver for other reasons): The transporter will leave a notification in your letter box and new delivery attempt will be put in place for the next day.
Delivery conditions
All our fresh goods are delivered the next day. In case the next day delivery is delayed for any reason, our packaging and our cold packs help guarantee the right temperature up to 48 hours, whatever the season of the year. Thus, in case of absence or delay in the first delivery, the quality and freshness of the goods is guaranteed for a second delivery.

You can choose GLS or Colissimo delivery when you do not have fresh products in your order.
Track your order
Tracking allows you to find all the history of a shipment, to know the place where it is available in case of failed delivery.
