Delivery

In France, delivery costs differ according to the amount of your order:

  • If the order is less than 130€, the shipping cost is 19,50€.
  • If the order is higher than 130€, the shipping costs are 9,90€.

For international deliveries, UPS is the only carrier that allows us to deliver to your home. Delivery costs vary according to the weight of your order. To find out the delivery rate, simply simulate an order and the price will be indicated when you choose the carrier.

For non-fresh products from the cannery, you can be delivered at home with Colissimo or GLS.

For France, we charge €6.90 for delivery with GLS and €12.90 with Colissimo.

If you prefer to be delivered to the relay point of your choice, you can choose GLS relais for a rate of 6,90€.

When you place your order, you can choose your delivery date.

You can schedule your delivery up to 1 month in advance and at the latest 2 days before the desired delivery date.

Your order is always prepared and dispatched the day before your delivery date, with the arrivals of the auction of the day.

To change your delivery date, please contact us at 02.96.22.82.47 or at contact@luximer.com, specifying the new delivery date and no later than 3 days before the delivery date initially selected.

In order to maintain maximum freshness, your products are transported in self-refrigerated packages (isothermal polystyrene boxes with ice packs).

Chronofresh delivers in a refrigerated truck and controls the temperature during your parcel's transportation. In case of anomaly, we are systematically informed and we take the necessary measures, such as the delivery of a new parcel. 

The signature is mandatory to receive your package. If you are not there when the delivery man comes, he will come back the next morning. Your products are stored in the refrigerator until the next delivery.

If you do not wish to wait for the new delivery, you can call Chronofresh (09.69.32.03.11) and ask for the delivery to be made to a Chronopost agency near you and collect your package at the end of the day.
